Request for Proposals/Bids (RFP)(RFQ) :

Request for Proposal - The Heart of Texas Council of Governments (HOTCOG) is requesting proposals for grounds maintenance services at 1514 South New Road, Waco, TX, and for the Workforce Solutions building located at 1416 South New Road, Waco, TX. This proposal will serve as a basis for the period beginning 5/1/26 through 4/30/27.  Small, female-owned and minority-owned firms are encouraged to submit. Firms submitting proposals must be insured. Request for proposal packets may be obtained by contacting Emily Correll at HOTCOG, 1514 South New Road, Waco, TX 76711, (254)292-1819. All proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. central standard time on April 9, 2026. Proposals received after the specified date and time will not be considered. HOTCOG reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received.
