Request for Proposal - The Heart of Texas Council of Governments (HOTCOG) is soliciting proposals from qualified professionals with experience in public transportation coordination to develop and update a 5-Year Regionally Coordinated Transportation Plan. This plan is intended to guide the coordination of transportation services across the HOTCOG rural service area, ensuring that residents have access to a comprehensive and efficient transportation network.

 

The contract period will begin on July 1, 2025, and conclude on September 30, 2026 (a 15-month term). This project is funded through a grant from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).

 Proposals can be sent to HOTCOG at 1514 South New Road, Waco, TX 76711. All proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. central standard time on May 30, 2025.  Proposals received after the specified date and time will not be considered.  HOTCOG reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received.
